Obituary for Geraldine Davis Wright Geraldine Davis Wright, 82, widow of Charles Lawson Wright, Sr., passed away on May 20, 2018 at her home. A native of Greer and daughter of the late John and Nellie Mae Watson Quinn, she was of the Baptist faith. Surviving are one daughter, Donna Moore (Donnie); one son, Charles L. Wright, Jr., (Kim); daughter-in-law, Debra D. Williams (Nelson); a very special nephew, Ricky Knighton; six sisters; nine grandchildren and thirteen great-grandchildren.

Mrs. Wright was predeceased by one son, William Greene “Billy” Davis; three brothers and one sister. Funeral services will be held 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2018 at The Wood Mortuary conducted by Rev. Dale Roach.

Burial will follow in Wood Memorial Park. Visitation will be held 12:00-1:45 p.m. Wednesday at The Wood Mortuary. The family is at the home.

In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to The Spartanburg County Chaplains’ Benevolence Fund, 8045 Howard Street, Spartanburg, SC 29303.
