Chapman, Gertrud, 87 of Odessa, Florida passed peacefully on July 10, 2018. She born in Gumbinnen Ostpreuben, East Prussia to the parents of Frederick and Helene (Kalvit) Pekruhl. Gertrud was a mother and homemaker her whole life.

She is survived by two children; Robert of Odessa and Cynthia Colkmire of Tampa and families. She was preceded in death by her husband; TJ Craft Chapman in 1999 and one grandson.
