Obituary for Gilbert Lee Boles Gilbert Lee Boles, 61, of Anderson, passed away on December 11, 2018 at his residence. He was born on June 10, 1957 in Anderson, where he resided most of his life. He retired as the Food Service Director at the C.I.F. in Pendleton.

He was a member of Central Community Chapel, Solar Masonic Lodge, and The Scottish Rite. He enjoyed fishing, and spending time with his family, especially his grandchildren. Gilbert is survived by his loving wife, Kimberly Boles; sons, Matthew Schoettmer, Dustin Schoettmer; grandchildren, Cynthia Schoettmer, Donnaven Schoettmer, Nioka Schoettmer; special friends, The Cravens family, Jennifer Brewster, Robin Schoettmer, Tom Gosser, Heather Wilson, The staff and ladies at Countryside Manor.

He was preceded in death by his mother, Linnie R. Boles; father, Warren Boles; and his son, Baby Zack. Visitation will be held Friday, December 14, 2018, 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Loose Funeral Homes & Crematory, 200 West 53rd St. Anderson. Services will be 10:00 am, Saturday, December 15, 2018, at the funeral home, with Rev.

Richard Gregg officiating. Cremation & Burial of Ashes will take place in The Gardens at Willowcrest Park at a later date. Memorial contributions may be made to any local animal shelter.
