Stevensville – Glenda Brooks, 71, of Stevensville passed away Thursday, June 28, 2018 peacefully in her residence with family amongst her side. She was born June 12, 1947 in Topeka, KS. Daughter of Glen and Minnie Ward.

Glenda graduated high school. Later married Jack Brooks in 1965. She spent her years working in retail, construction, as well as a homemaker.

Glenda was an outdoors enthusiast. She enjoyed spending her time camping, fishing, and enjoying all of the beauty Montana has to offer. Glenda was preceded in death by, grandson Zachary Brooks, sister Georgia Coffee, brother Charles Groves, and parents.

Glenda is survived by her husband Jack Brooks of Stevensville, son Troy Brooks of Stevensville, daughter Laura Brooks of Holton, KS, daughter Regina Brooks of Missoula, 1 sister, 5 granddaughters, 2 grandsons, 2 great-grandsons, and 2 great-granddaughters. Visitation will be held Thursday July 5, 2018 from 5:00 P.M.to 8:00 P.M. at Whitesitt Funeral Home in Stevensville. Funeral Services will take place Friday, July 6, 2018 at 2:00 P.M. at the United Methodist church of Stevensville followed by burial at Riverside Cemetery.
