Glenn B. Heitz, 66, of Perth Amboy, entered into eternal rest, February 20, 2019 at his residence. He was born in Jersey City and resided in Perth Amboy the last 45 years. He recently retired from the Linden Bulk Transportation, LLC, where he was employed for the last ten years.

He was a parishioner at the Most Holy Rosary Church. He is preceded in death by his loving parents Ernest and Catherine ( nee Woehter ) Heitz. He is survived by his devoted wife Mafalda, beloved daughter Kathy Heitz Jones, grandchildren Glenn Jones, Jamal Jones, Aleyah Jones, Joshua Jones, Darion Eley, and great grandchildren Malina Savage and Ziya Jones.

He is best remembered as being a loving and devoted husband, father, grandfather, as well as a kind hearted, loving individual to many others. Funeral services will be held on Monday, February 25, 2019 at 10:15 am at the Gustav J. Novak Funeral Home, 419 Barclay Street, Perth Amboy, followed by an 11 am Funeral Liturgy at the Most Holy Rosary Church in Woodbridge, NJ. Entombment will follow at Woodbridge Memorial Gardens.

Visitation is on Sunday from 2 to 6 pm.
