OBITUARY Gloria Mary Davino July 18, 1925 – November 9, 2018 Gloria Mary Rinaldi Davino, age 93 of Teaneck, New Jersey passed away peacefully on Friday, November 9, 2018. Gloria was a dedicated Wife, loving Mother, Grandma, and Great-Grandmother “GG”. She is predeceased by her beloved husband of 68 years, John Davino, and is survived by her daughter, Deborah (Arthur Jr.) Dalle Molle, son, John (Paula) Davino, grandchildren, Dana (Brian) Neill, Stephanie (Stephen) Rosen, Alison (Justin) McElrath, and Julianna Davino, great-grandchildren, Christian, Greyson, Cameron, Olivia and Isabella, brother-in-law and sister-in-law, James and Helen Davino, and many nieces and nephews.

Along with her strong Catholic faith, Gloria’s family was everything to her. Gloria enjoyed spending all of her free time with family and friends. Her smile could light up any room and she always dressed to impress.

She would never leave the house without her hair done, make-up on, stylish neck scarf and her Guardian Angel pins. She was known for her heart of gold, zest for life and vivacious personality. As the life of any party, Gloria could be found either on the dance floor or singing along with the MC.

Some of Gloria’s life-long pleasures included: a good cup of coffee, crumb buns, “going for a bite to eat”, bingo and playing the lottery. Gloria was hard-working and the face of Cortley Cleaners. For well over 40 years, she built lasting relationships with her customers whom adored her and considered her part of their families.

Gloria was the matriarch of her family and will forever be in her family’s hearts. Gloria is the “wind beneath our wings”. Family and friends will gather at Becker Funeral Home, 219 Kinderkamack Road, Westwood, NJ on Tuesday, November 13 from 4-8PM.

The funeral will be held on Wednesday, November 14 at 10AM St. John the Baptist R.C. Church, 69 Valley Street, Hillsdale, NJ. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to St. Jude’s.
