Obituary for Gloria Mujica Martinez Gloria M. Martinez, age 87, born on November 16, 1930 in Mexico went to be with the Lord on April 12,, 2018 in San Antonio, Texas. She was a loving mother and was preceded in death by her parents Isaac Mujica De La Vega and Blanca Junco De La Vega, her brother Teofelino Edgar Mujica, her sons Joe M. Martinez and Charles Edgar Martinez. She is survived by daughters Caroline M. DeLeon and husband Robert, Elizabeth Schutze and husband Fredrick, daughter in law Syria Martinez and grandchildren Joey Martinez III, Cristella Martinez and Shelby Anne Plake and husband Travis and great granddaughter Audrey Marie Plake.

The family thanks Embrace Hospice caregivers nurse Bertha Sosa and attendant Roccio Hernandez. We were blessed to have you to give her dignity and ease everyone with her passing. Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2018 from 6:00pm-9:00pm, with a Rosary recited at 7:00pm at Palm Heights Mortuary.

A procession will depart the funeral home on Friday, April 20, 2018 at 9:30am, with a 10:00am Funeral Mass at St. James the Apostle Catholic Church. Interment will follow at San Jose Burial Park. For personal acknowledgement, you may sign the online guestbook at www.
