Gordon R. Hodgdon, 75, recently of North Carolina, of Brockton for most of his life, passed away on October 6, 2018. A graduate of Brockton Trade School, he was a skilled cabinetmaker by trade. He enjoyed camping and the great outdoors.

Gordon was the husband of the late Anne L. (Gray) Hodgdon; loving father of Christopher Hodgdon of Brockton, Lisa Hodgdon of North Carolina, Julie Tarr of Brockton, Cindy Hodgdon of Louisiana, Stephen Hodgdon of North Carolina and Melissa Bates Boyle and her husband Brian of Marblehead; grandfather of 12; great-grandfather of 6; brother of Donna Halliday of Maine; and former husband of Bonnie Hodgdon of Whitman. All are welcome to calling hours Monday, Oct. 15th from 4-8 p.m. in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton, his funeral service Tuesday, Oct.

16th at 10 a.m. in Waitt Funeral Home and burial at Knollwood Memorial Park, Canton.
