Tomasz W. Slomiak, 60, of Brockton since 1989, died suddenly on October 8, 2018. A native of Poland, he was the son of the late Augustyn and Antonina Slomiak. He was a manager at Acon Inc. in Easton for many years.

An active member at the YMCA in Stoughton, he enjoyed traveling and hiking, and had played volleyball in prior years. He was a member of the Polish Whites Eagles. Tomasz was the beloved husband of Lidia E. (Swiatkowska) Slomiak for 37 years; loving father of Joanna Slomiak; dear brother of Krzysztof Slomiak and his wife Liza of Malaysia; uncle of Christopher, Jackson, and Roman Aadi Slomiak; and brother-in-law of Ming Slomiak.

All are welcome to calling hours Thursday 4-8 p.m., with a 7:30 p.m. closing prayer service in Waitt Funeral Home, 850 North Main St., Brockton. Cremation and private committal.
