Grace Milishie Andrews of Frankford, DE, departed this life on April 21, 2018, at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on May 9, 1928 in Wattsville, Virginia (Accomack County). She was the late daughter of John Lee Broughton and Annie Marshall-Broughton.

Grace attended public schools in Wattsville, Virginia and continued her education in Millsboro, DE upon moving here. Once Grace moved to Delaware, she met William Andrews and they were joined in holy matrimony in July 1951. She loved singing in the choir at church, cooking, doing word puzzles and sewing.

Grace was always a caring and loving mother and grandmother. She worked 40 years for Judge Isaac Short of Georgetown in which she retired in 2014. Grace was a member of St. John 2nd Baptist Church where she attended for several years.

She was preceded in death by her husband, William Andrews, and two sons: David and Daniel Andrews and one grandson Keywine West. She leaves to cherish, three sons William Jr., (Frankford, DE), Gary Andrews (Georgetown, DE) Dale Andrews (New Jersey) and one daughter, Carolyn Andrews-Bailey (Tyrone) of Millsboro, DE, eighteen grandchildren, twenty-five great-grandchildren and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and her church family. Services will be held on Saturday, April 28, 2018 at St. John 2nd Baptist Church in Millsboro, DE.

The viewing will be from 11:00 a.m.-12:00 noon. This will be the final viewing. The Celebration of Life service will proceed at 12:00 p.m. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.
