Gwen’s Obituary Gweneth Jo “Gwen” Bush, age 71, of Brady, Texas passed away Thursday, March 21, 2019 in Abilene, Texas. Gwen was born December 20, 1947 in Snyder, Texas to William Elmer Morrow and Bessie Marie (Ward) Morrow. She has lived in Brady for 41 years.

She married Charlie Bush on March 25, 1994 in Brady. She was the manager of the Brady Municipal Golf Pro Shop for 14 years. She was an avid golfer and member of the Brady Golf Association.

She was also a member of the First Baptist Church in Brady, where she was active in many of the church committees over the years. Funeral services for Gwen Bush will be held 2:00pm Tuesday, March 26, 2019 at First Baptist Church in Brady with Reverend Keith Simpson officiating. Interment will follow at Camp San Saba Cemetery in Camp San Saba.

The family will receive friends Monday evening from 6:00pm to 8:00pm at Leatherwood Memorial Chapels in Brady. Friends may view Gwen’s Memorial Video Tribute and/or sign the online memorial guest book at www. leatherwoodmemorialchapels.com.

Pallbearers will be Todd Bradshaw, Tye Bradshaw, Dave West, Cliff Butler, Joshua Day, Tyler Bradshaw, Reid Myers and Rusty Bush. Honorary Pallbearers will be Shane McCartney, Paul Fuchet and Duncan Reno. Gwen Bush is survived by her mother Bessie Marie Morrow of Hobbs, New Mexico; her loving husband Charlie Bush of Brady, Texas; sons James Todd Bradshaw and wife Diane of Brock, Texas and Tye Glenn Bradshaw and wife Michelle of Abilene, Texas; daughters TaRell Delanese Day and husband Dave West of Brady, Texas and Teena DeAnn Butler and husband Cliff of Brady, Texas; grandchildren Joshua Ryan Day, Tristan Day, Tyler Bradshaw, Torey Bradshaw, Addison Bradshaw, Brittany Rodgers and husband David, Sierra Bradshaw, Trinity Bradshaw, David Matthews, Reid Myers and wife Erin, Rylee Myers, Clint Butler and wife Gio, Jenna Porter and husband Jason and Jessi Smith; great-grandchildren Jeremiah Salas, Casen Rogers, Madden Rogers, Karley Myers, Connor Butler, Evan Butler, Taylor Porter and Johnny Porter.

She was preceded in death by her father, William Elmer Morrow, granddaughter Taylor Bradshaw and grandson Caleb Bush.
