Obituary for Harmon Lee Gardner Sr. Harmon Lee Gardner, Sr. 64, of Charles City, passed away peacefully, surrounded by his family on Friday December 14, 2018. He was preceded in death by his parents Charlie and Frances Gardner and sister Ann Crews. He is survived by his Loving and Devoted wife of 44 years, Valerie; two children Harmon Jr. (Angela), Volonda Cotman (Anthony Jr); seven grandchildren DeShaundra, De’Andre, Harmony and De’Angelo Gardner, Kamon Jackson, Cassidy and Anthony Cotman III; seven siblings, Gayle Paxton (Brian), Claude (Jennifer), Charles (Rhonda), Timothy (Bonnie), Carl (Rhonda), James (Movita), Robert (Deborah); mother-in-law, Joanne Black (Charles) and father-in-law, Blaine W. Bowman, Sr. (Annie); three sisters-in-law, Paulette Johnson (Clarence), Jessica White (Floyd) and Donna Marshall; two brothers-in-law, Blaine W. Bowman, Jr. (Debra) and Joseph Bradby, Sr. (Evorah), along with a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
