Harold’s Obituary Harold Jack Morton, 85, of McKinney, TX, passed away Tuesday, February 5, 2019 in McKinney, TX. Harold was born June 9, 1933 in Bluit, New Mexico to John Grady and Sarah Belle (Williams) Morton. Harold worked in farm and ranch real estate.

He loved animals and fixing anything from cars to lawn mowers. He also loved building anything he could get his hands on. Harold enjoyed woodworking, playing cards, pool and a good cup of coffee.

He always had a smile, laugh and a funny quip. Harold gave his life to Christ on December 15, 1999. Harold is survived by two sons, Monty Morton and wife, Linda of Albuquerque, NM and David Morton and wife, Beá of Saint-Florentin, France; two daughters, Melinda Windsor and husband, David of McKinney, TX and Jennifer Morton of Irving, TX; three grandchildren; sisters, Gay Taylor of Rhea, TX, Joan Culp of Hereford, TX, and Joy Morton of Friona, TX.

Harold was preceded in death by his parents John and Sarah Morton; brother, Wendell Morton; sisters, Patsy Widner and Jean Bryant. Visitation will be held 1:00PM-1:30PM, Friday, February 15, 2019 at West Park Cemetery in Hereford, TX with a committal service following at 1:30PM. A Celebration of Life will be held at 2:00PM at Mendez & Mullins Family Funeral Home in Hereford, TX.

In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to the National Kidney Foundation. Online condolences may be shared at www. slaymemorialfuneralhome.com.
