OBITUARY Harry Chappelear March 6, 1942 – September 2, 2018 Play Tribute Movie Harry Chappelear passed away peacefully at home on Sept. 2, 2018. Harry was born and raised in Birmingham, Al and returned home after serving in the United States Air Force.

He retired from Delta Airlines after 27 years. He will be greatly remembered for his constant readiness to help others. Harry is predeceased by his wife of 47 years Joyce Reynolds Chappelear.

Survived by one son Scott Chappelear wife Tinamarie. Brothers; Harold Chappelear (Linda), Gary Chappelear (Tammy). A Celebration of Life will be held on September 7, 2018 at Independent Presbyterian Church at 3:00 P.M. Visitation will be at the Church from 2:00 P.M. to 3:00 P.M. In Lieu of flowers memorial donations can be made to Vietnam Veterans of America.
