Hazel P. Atcher Atkinson, 98, of Radcliff, KY passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2018 at the Signature of North Hardin. Mrs. Atkinson was a member of St. Christopher Catholic Church, Radcliff, KY and a lifetime member of American Legion Post #113 Ladies Auxiliary. She was preceded in death by her husband, Ronald H. Atkinson; one son, Charles Richard “Dickie” Atkinson; one sister, Virginia Heil; and a brother, Howard Atcher.

Survivors include: Two daughters, Doris Higgins (Shirl) of Newton Falls, OH, Linda Futrell (Charles) of Deatsville, AL; one son, Ronald Atkinson (Terrie) of Elizabethtown, KY; seven grandchildren; seven great grandchildren; and one great great grandchild. Visitation will be 10:00 AM until 1:00 PM, Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY. Funeral services for Mrs. Atkinson will be held at 1:00 PM, Sunday, December 2, 2018 at Chism Family Funeral Home, Vine Grove, KY.

Burial will follow in the North Hardin Memorial Gardens, Radcliff, KY.
