Hazel M. Price June 3, 1930 – January 10, 2019 Mrs. Hazel M. Price, age 88, of Canton, passed away Thursday, January 10, 2019. Funeral services are scheduled for 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, January 16, 2019 at the Sosebee Memorial Chapel with Rev. Charles Davis officiating.

Interment will follow in the Georgia National Cemetery. The family will receive friends at the funeral home on Tuesday from 10:00 a.m. until 9:00 p.m. Hazel was a member of First Baptist Canton, Cherokee County Historical Society, the Joy Sunday School Class, Canton Jaycetts, the Jet Set and was an Honorary Member of the Service League of Cherokee County. In the past she volunteered for the Cancer Society by driving patients to Marietta.

Hazel enjoyed playing Canasta and loved playing golf and spending time with her great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Brooke Price. Survivors include her children, Mike Price (Dixie) and Benay Eubanks (Philip); grandchildren, Mandy Macho (Mike), Jamie Bobo (Corey) and Dave Eubanks (Claire); great grandchildren, Brooke, Maggie, Drew, Callie, Elise and Price; sisters, Barbara, Donna and Cheryl; and sisters-in-law, Dot Anderson and Nita Price.

In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the Joy Sunday School Class, c/o Canton First Baptist, 1 Mission Point, Canton, GA 30114. Sosebee Funeral Home, Canton, GA is honored to serve the family.
