Obituary for Heather R. Shelley Heather R. Shelley, 44, of Indianapolis, went to be with the Lord on June 1, 2018. Heather was born in Beech Grove, IN on April 12, 1974 to K. Merrill and Jennifer C. (Soladine) Shelley. Heather was a 1992 graduate of Decatur Central High School.

She continued her education by attending Ball State University and Vincennes University before graduating from Indiana State University with a degree in English and Marketing. Heather worked as an auditor for NAPA in Indianapolis for five years and in the deli and bakery for Walmart in Valley Mills. Heather was a member of Friendswood Baptist Church, enjoyed her Bible study group, and loved reading books.

Heather is survived by her parents, K. Merrill and Jennifer C. (Soladine) Shelley of Camby; two sisters: Shannon Stancil of Indianapolis and Shawn Shelley of Indianapolis; and a brother, Derek Shelley of Columbus. Family and friends may pay their respects from 4-8 p.m. Tuesday, June 5, 2018 at Jones Family Mortuary, Mooresville. Pastor Joyce Castleman will officiate the celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Wednesday, June 6, 2018 at the Funeral Home.
