Obituary for Alonzo “Jr”. K. Jaggers Alonzo “Jr”. K. Jaggers, 79, of Mooresville, IN went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 16, 2018.

Jr. was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 22, 1938 to the late Alonzo K. Sr. and Susan (Tandy) Jaggers. He married his lovely wife, Suzanne (Medsker) Jaggers on August 28, 1959. Jr. was a 1956 graduate of Monrovia High School.

Following high school Jr.spent over 50 years in construction as an asphalt paver and later became foreman. He was a member of Eternal Life Baptist Church in Mooresville where he proudly served as Deacon and enjoyed greeting people. Jr. loved spending time with his kids and grandchildren, enjoyed mushroom hunting, and fishing.

Jr. is survived by his lovely wife; two daughters: Elizabeth (Barry) Combs of Mooresville and Denise (Patrick) McGinley of Mooresville; six grandchildren: Matthew and Jacob Renner, T.J., Isaiah and Clayton McGinley, and Rachel Cooper; three great grandchildren: Maquinzie Phillips, Everett Renner and Jack Cooper; three sisters: Pattie Patrum, Phyllis Williams and Sue DeBruler and several nieces and nephews. Jr. is preceded in death by two sisters: Barbara Schrader and Joyce Faye. Family and friends may show their love and support from 5-8 p.m. Thursday, July 19, 2018 and from 10-11 a.m. Friday, July 20, 2018 at Eternal Life Baptist Church, 8554 East Hendricks County Rd.

Mooresville, IN 46158. Pastors Gary Fox and Don Endsley will officiate the celebration of life service at 11 a.m. on Friday, July 20, 2018 at the Church. Jr. will be laid to rest in Mooresville Cemetery, Mooresville.

K. Jaggers Alonzo “Jr”. K. Jaggers, 79, of Mooresville, IN went to be with his Lord and Savior on July 16, 2018. Jr. was born in Indianapolis, IN on October 22, 1938 to the late Alonzo K. Sr. and Susan (Tandy) Jaggers.
