OBITUARY Helen Lephew May 11, 1948 – January 16, 2019 Helen Jean Lephew, age 70, of Tazewell TN, was born May 11, 1948 and passed away on January 16, 2019. Helen loved to do crosswords and to go thrift shopping. She was a member of Caney Valley American Christian Church and attended until her health no longer permitted it.

Helen was preceded in death by her parents Jim and Ruby Hayes and husband Roger Lephew. She is survived by her children Roger Lynn Lephew, Tina Aileen Cooke, Ronnie Gene Lephew, Rebecca Ann Smith. Several grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Brother James Witt Hayes. One niece. Burial will be in Raven Hill Cemetery.
