She was born January 20, 1939 in Marengo County, Alabama to James and Bonnie Lassiter. Visitation will be Wednesday February 20, 2019 from 6:00pm until 8:00pm at Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home.

Funeral service will be Thursday at 2:00pm at Shady Grove Baptist Church. Burial will follow at Johnson’s Chapel Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorials be made to Hospice of the Valley in Mrs. Taylor’s memory.

Hartselle Heritage Funeral Home is assisting the family.
