Obituary for Holly LaFayette Holly LaFayette, 53, loving wife of over 34 years to Ed LaFayette, died on Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at Yale-New Haven Hospital. Born on December 8, 1965, she was the daughter of the late John and Bernice (Schenk) Shelberg. Holly proudly earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting from CCSU and was employed by Fiserv for over twenty-five years.

She loved the Green Bay Packers – even becoming a shareholder. Holly had a passion for cooking but most of all she loved her family. Besides her loving husband Ed, she is survived by her daughter, Sammi LaFayette; her two sons, Max LaFayette and Matt LaFayette and his girlfriend, Mallory Baker; her brother, David Shelberg and his wife Joanne.

She is also survived by her four nieces and two nephews. At the request of the family, all services are private. Should friends desire, contributions in her memory may be made to the Meriden Elks Lodge #35 “Chair Fund”, 120 East Main St, Meriden CT 06450.

Arrangements are under the direction of the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home, 88 East Main Street, Meriden, CT 06450.
