Hope Ellen Lund Murray was handed over to Jesus Christ on March 18, 2019. Born September 12, 1970 in Coon Rapids, Minnesota. She grew up and attended Elk River High School, participated on the accelerated High School Program at age 16; graduated from St. Cloud college at age 19; accepted and remained active in her sorority (Chi Signa Rho XEP) during and after her college years.

In her early years she had a love for horses, was a member of the Western Saddle Club Assoc. , enjoyed archery, 4H, gymnastics, and volleyball. Earned 2 Bachelor’s Degrees (Speech Communication & Travel/Geography).

She worked in Corporate travel for many years. Upon moving to Lake Butler, FL in 20056, she worked in many areas such as Preschool, Day Care, Cook, and as a Para Professional working with Special Needs children. She loved that she could follow the progress of the children from Little Rainbow’s Preschool/Day Care to Union County Schools.

Hope was actively involved in many church functions at Little Rock Church, Lake Butler, which she loved. Proceeded in death by her father, Harvey Lund, Jr., grandfather Selmer Anderson and grandparents, Harvey, Sr. and Ester Lund. Survived by her loving husband of 18 years, Timothy Murray and daughter Naomi Grace Murray, whom she loved dearly; mother, Judy Lund; brother, Todd (Tonya) Lund; grandmother, Pearl Anderson; Godparents, Virgil and Joyce Seegebarth; father and mother-in-law, James and Etta Weekly; father-in-law, Randolph Murray, Sr.; brother-in-law, Randolph (Tara) Murray, Jr.; niece, Heather Braun; nephew, Devon Lund, and many other aunts, uncles, nephews, cousins and extended family.

Hope was truly loved and will be sorely missed by family, friends, and her community. A Celebration of Life for Ms. Murray will be held on Saturday, March 30, at 10:00am, at Little Rock Church in Lake Butler, FL. The family will receive friends for a visitation on Friday, March 29 from 3:00pm to 5:00pm at Little Rock Church.
