Obituary for Howard Ray Howard Whiddon Ray – 80 Of Jacksonville, FL passed away on Saturday, May 26, 2018 at his home. He was born on February 11, 1938 in Nichols, GA to the late Howard Whiddon Ray and Margaret (Sapp) Ray. He worked as a truck driver for Ryder Transportation Services.

Along with his parents he was preceded in death by 3 sisters and 3 brothers. Survivors include: Wife of 59 years, Brenda Ray of Jacksonville, FL. , Daughter and Son-in-law Lori and Bo Bennett of Lakeland, GA.

, 2 Grandchildren Mitchell Bennett of Lakeland, GA. , Heather and John Pafford Lakeland, GA. , 2 Great Grandchildren: Brantley Bennett and Benny Pafford Funeral service will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, May 31, 2018 in the Lakeland Chapel of Music Funeral Services with burial to follow in North Cemetery in Clinch county.
