Survivors include his Mother & Father, Alice & Roy Hall of Valdosta, GA; Sisters, Lorrie Douthit of Valdosta, GA, Dorothy Howell of Valdosta, GA; Son, Joseph Zachary Douthit of Hahira, GA; Significant Other, Tammy Barrett of Hahira, GA; Nieces, Marcie Merwin, Jackie Merwin, Ashely Howell; Best Friend, Mike McBride and many more friends. A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
