Hubert Ray Gandy, age 61, of Brownwood, Texas passed away Thursday, March 7, 2019 in Brownwood. A private family service will be held at a later date under the direction of Heartland Funeral Home. Hubert Ray was born on July 29, 1957 in Brownwood, Texas to Kenneth Ross and Betty Jo Stanford Gandy.

He was veteran of the United States Navy and was a lifetime resident of this area. Survivors include his wife Nora Beth Gandy, children Scarlet Elizabeth Gandy and Thomas Ray Gandy; brother sister Betty Langley; sister-in-law Barbie Little and husband Johnny; nieces Mary Ann and Loretta Little; nephew Johnny Little and three grandchildren. Hubert was preceded in death by his parents, and one brother Randall Gandy.
