Ines, was born in Mexico City on January 29, 1931 the daughter of Luis Lopez-Portillo and Cruz Hernandez. She was one of 8 children and is survived by her brothers and sisters Gerardo Lopez-Portillo, Marta Lopez-Portillo, Ricardo Lopez-Portillo and Luisa Vera.

She was preceded in death by her brothers and sister Leobardo Lopez-Portillo, Alberto Lopez-Portillo and Irene Gomez. Ines married her childhood sweetheart and love of her life Javier Ramos (deceased in 1979) in 1955, in Mexico City. She is survived by her four children Javier Ramos (Bridgette) of Dublin, OH, Nora Carina Gutierrez (Jesus) of Woodhaven, MI, Victor Ramos (Elena) of San Antonio, TX, Fernando Ramos (MunYoung) of Colorado Springs, CO.

She was grandmother to Denielle Vazquez (Luis) of Dublin, OH, Karina Ines Sanchez (Robert) of Livonia, MI, Nichole Centeno (Alberto) of Hilliard, OH, Melissa Xiomara Garcia (Daniel) of Northville, MI, Javier Julian Ramos (Emily) of Washington DC, Marco Antonio Ramos of Dublin ,OH, Victor Ramos of San Antonio, TX, Noah Ramos of Colorado Springs, CO. Ines was great-grandmother to 11 children ages 8 months to 15 years young. Ines was also survived by her partner Romeo Salinas of Taylor, MI.

Ines was a lover of LIFE, she loved to dance, she loved to travel to Mexico to see her large family every year but most of all she loved her family and her family loved her and will cherish her forever.
