OBITUARY Inez Kornegay January 15, 1930 – October 28, 2018 Inez Kornegay, age 88, of Brookwood, Ala. , died October 29, 2018, at Hospice of West Alabama. Graveside service will be 12 noon Wednesday, October 31, 2018, in Antioch Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev.

Gary Youngblood officiating and Heritage Chapel Funeral Home & Cremations, a Dignity Memorial Provider, directing. Visitation will be 11 – 11:45 a.m. prior to the service at the church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Rev.

Lonnie Kornegay and daughter, Karen. Survivors include her sons, Larry Kornegay (Paulette) and Johnny Kornegay (Tisha) and grandchildren, KayKay Criss (Ronnie), LE Kornegay (Becky), Mandy Beale (Jason) and Lindsay Hall (Steen). Inez entered Heaven to a glorious reunion with the love of her life, Lonnie.

Although she will be greatly missed, we are thankful for having such a wonderful mother and loving grandmother in our lives. We know that she is already making sure all of heavens plants are watered. She is leading art and crafts and adding decorations to the streets of gold.

The Kornegay family would like to thank Hospice of West Alabama for their devotion and care. We would also like to thank Mr. Jimmy Morris for his dedication and year of service to both of our lost loved ones. Pallbearers will be her great-grandsons.
