Irene’s Obituary IRENE ELLEN (WOOLEY) MOORE, 65, of Houston, Texas, passed away Saturday, December 1, 2018, in Houston. She was born November 10, 1953, in Houston, Texas, the daughter of Marvin Middleton and Mary Ellen Fellers Wooley. Irene grew up and attended schools in the Houston area, graduating from Sam Houston High School in 1972.

She was united in marriage to Willard Moore on April 23, 1971. Irene was employed with Insperity Company as a Payroll Specialist. She was a member of the Sagemont Church in Houston.

Irene enjoyed traveling, she went on numerous trips with friends and family, she also loved relaxing on the beach. Irene really enjoyed being with friends and loved ones and especially her grandchildren. She is survived by her husband of over 47 years: Willard Moore of Houston; sons: Patrick Neil Moore of San Antonio and Seth Michael Moore and his wife, Elissa Mae, of Houston; grandson: Matthew Henry Moore and granddaughter: Clare Cecilia Moore; sister: Marva Franks and her husband, Larry; sisters-in-law: Linda Douglas and her husband, Greg, Shelley Wooley, Nancy Wooley and Beverly Wooley; brother-in-law: Gary Carver.

Irene is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and dear friends. She is preceded in death by her son, Matthew Allen Moore, daughter, Elisha Ann Moore, parents, Marvin and Mary Wooley, brothers, Joseph, Lawrence and John Wooley, sister and brother-in-law, Cecilia (Sissy) and Doug Wilson, sister, Judy Carver and sister-in-law, Phyllis Wooley.
