Obituary Irmgard “Irma” M. Dean, 90 of Brazil, passed away March 22, 2019 at 10:48 am at Union Hospital. She was born April 23, 1928 in Dusseldorf, Germany, the daughter of Bernard Nicklasch and Maria Buesgen Nicklasch. She completed school in Germany, and at the age of 23, she moved to Clay County with her family.
