Ivan James Fisher August 06, 1950 – December 27, 2018 Share this obituary Send Flowers Sign Guestbook| Send Private Condolences| Send Sympathy Card Ivan James Fisher, 68, of Fayetteville, Arkansas, passed away December 27, 2018 at the Veterans Health Care System of the Ozarks. He was born August 06, 1950 in Grand Island, Nebraska, the son of Ivan and Mary Baird Fisher. He served in the United States Army during the Vietnam Era.

Ivan is survived by his wife, Joyce Schmitz Fisher of the Home; his children, Vaneta Vaughn, Richard Vaughn, Angela Smith and Paul Vaughn; brother, Jeff Fisher; sisters, Jeannie Schmitz and Debbie Baird; grandchildren, Michael Smith, Matthew Smith, Kylla Smith, Jared Smith, Ryan Vaughn, Erik Vaughn, Nathan Vaughn, Jeremy Vaughn, Zachary Vaughn and great grandchild, Kamden Smith. Services will be scheduled at a later date. Entombment will be at the National Cemetery, Fayetteville, Arkansas.

Cremation arrangements were entrusted to Memorial Funeral Home 3926 Willowood Avenue Springdale, Arkansas 72762.
