Jack C. Crooms passed away July 6, 2018, in Leesville, LA. He was born in Dothan, AL on February 22, 1926, to Jack and Gussie Crooms. Jack served 8 years in the Merchant Marines and 2 years in the U.S. Army.

He retired from a restaurant and bar business in Kansas City, Missouri. Mr. Crooms was preceded in death by his parents, Jack and Gussie Grooms and his wife, Mattie Crooms. The family of Mr. Crooms will hold a private memorial service. He requested that there be no public funeral service, and in lieu of flowers, donations be made to your favorite charity.
