Jack L. Marnin, age 81 of Jackson Twp. passed away Wednesday, November 7, 2018. He was born September 17, 1937 in East Greenville, son of the late Carl L. and Viola (Swisher) Marnin.

Jack was a veteran of the U.S. Army and served as a paramedic on the Jackson Twp. Fire Department. He enjoyed model planes, war history, football, and many years of camping with his family.

Jack retired from MT Business Systems. He is survived by his daughter and son-in-law, Kelly and Sam Crawford Jr.; son and daughter-in-law, Lee J. Marnin and Dr. Kimberly Martin; brother, Duane Marnin; sister, Sally Millar; seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren. Jack was preceded in death by his wife, Barbara (Palm) Marnin who died in 2012 and his brother, Gary Marnin.

Visitation will be held on Sunday, November 11, 2018 at Heitger Funeral Home – Jackson Chapel, 5850 Wales Ave. N.W., from 1 to 2 P.M. followed by a Celebration of Life Gathering beginning at 2 P.M. In lieu of flowers donations may be made to American Cancer Society. Condolences to the family may be made at www.
