Jack L. Gouker, 64 years old, passed away on Saturday, December 8, 2018. Jack was born on June 25, 1954 in Lakeville, Indiana to the late Melvin Gouker, Jr. and Norma R. (Shirley) Gaut, who survives. Jack is survived by his daughter, Lindsay Gouker of Paint, NY and four grandchildren.

Also surviving are four sisters; Wendy Sobasky of North Liberty, Tracie (Brian) Kitch of South Bend, Jessie (David) Brasch of Eatenton, GA and a brother Greg Gouker, of Austin TX. He is also survived by a special uncle, Ron (Charlene) Gouker and a special nephew, Josh (Rachel) Gouker. He was preceded in death by his son Robert Gouker.

Jack was member of the American Legion Post 189, past S.A.L. commander and a lifetime member of the VFW Post 1954. Per the families request there will be no funeral services. Memorial contributions in Jack’s memory can be made to Palmer Funeral Home, 3718 South Michigan Street, South Bend, IN 46614.
