She was surrounded by family and loved ones as she gained her angel wings and transitioned to her eternal resting place. She entered this world on September 17, 1946 in Jamaica Queens, NY, born to C. John and Virginia Loisel.

She met the love of her life and her husband of almost 52 years in Ocean City, NJ, and so began their beautiful love story. Family was the most important thing in the world to Jackie, followed by her deep love for her beloved dogs which she referred to as her “kids”.

Jackie fought a long, difficult battle against Parkinson’s Disease with so much grace and dignity. She never once complained and she was the epitome of class. She was born to be a mom and she set the bar for all of us.

Her contagious laugh and huge heart will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She knew how to love in the most gentle and kind way with her entire heart and soul. We will continue to celebrate and cherish her amazing life as she lives on in our hearts.
