James E. Morgan (Jamie), age 32, passed away on May 14th 2019 at his home in Kansas City, MO. He was born August 16th 1986 in Kansas City, MO to Jeff Morgan and Margaret Morgan (Nocton). He was raised in Kansas City, MO and graduated from Winnetonka High School in 2006.

Jamie was involved in the Boy Scouts and played in the Band. Jamie enjoyed collecting many things such as model cars, magic cards and M&M figurines. His favorite movies were the Fast and Furious films.

Jamie had a lot of friends and people that cared about him throughout his life. Jamie had many struggles as young man but was working hard to turn his life around. Jamie had a lot of hopes and dreams such as getting a full-time job, finally getting his driver’s license, and moving into a place of his own.

Even though his time here on earth was cut short his memory and love will live on with the people that knew him. He was a loving son, brother and uncle, he will be greatly missed. Jamie is survived by his mother Margaret Morgan, sister Whitney Gilliam, brother-in-law Jared Gilliam, nieces Evelyn and Mckinsey, nephew Jared Gilliam Jr., as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.
