James “Jim”‘s Obituary James “Jim” Roger Moulton, 68, of Sterling, Virginia, passed away on May 27, 2019 in Morgantown, West Virginia at J.W. Ruby Memorial Hospital. Jim was born in Washington, D.C. and made the surrounding area his home. For the last 20 years, he enjoyed spending time at his cabin at Deep Creek Lake.

Jim’s career as a business owner and software developer allowed him to work abroad and share his experiences and travel with his family around the world. He always loved animals, especially his dog Harper and cat Reach. He is survived by his wife Diane and his children Melissa and Justin, as well as his sisters Barbara, Patty, and Beth.

He is preceded in death by his parents Roger and Vivian. Memorial donations may be made to the Rosenbaum Family house, which provided the family a place to stay during his hospital stay www. rosenbaumfamilyhouse.com/ Cremation services were provided by Fred L. Jenkins Funeral Home.
