He was preceded in death by his Spouse, Patricia Kendall, and also his father and mother Bud and Tennie. He is survived by 1. Son, Robert (Tamela) Kendall of Louisville, KY, 1 Daughter, Jennifer Kendall of Cecilia, KY, and several brothers and sisters.
