James’ Obituary James Milton Wisham, 88, of Doerun, died Monday, January 7, 2019 at Colquitt Regional Medical Center. A memorial service will be held 4:00PM Saturday, January 12, 2019 at Cobb Funeral Chapel with the Rev. Ken Baker and the Rev.

Billy Bryan officiating. Inurnment will follow in Westview Cemetery. Born February 2, 1930 in Colquitt County, he was the son of the late Horace James Wisham and Jewel Strange Wisham.

Mr. Wisham was a United States Air Force Veteran. He was a retired insurance agent for Life and Casualty Insurance Company/American General and the owner-operator of Wisham’s Floor Covering and a member of Memorial Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Jane Clarke Wisham; daughter, Patricia Gail Wisham; sisters, Lois Fuches, Juanita Fletcher, Jeanette Herndon and Marie Wisham; brother, Elton Wisham.

Survivors include his children, Brenda Arnold and Mike of Doerun, Tina Patterson and Frank of Magnolia, TX. , James Milton “Jamie” Wisham II and B.K. of Spring, TX. Susan Owens and Jim of Moultrie; grandchildren, Will Patterson, Kelly Patterson, Brant Huch, Breana Sommer, Casey Owens, Shayna Owens and Taylor Owens; great-grandchildren, Emma Holton, James Sommer, Viviann Sommer, Adelie Newsome and A.J. Holton; brothers, Jerry Wisham and Diane of Moultrie, Bobby Wisham and Cile of Conyers; special four-legged friend, Janey.

The family will greet friends from 3:00PM-4:00PM Saturday at Cobb Funeral Chapel. Memorial contributions may be made to Memorial Baptist Church, 1809 Sylvester Highway, Moultrie, Ga. 31768.
