Obituary for Mr. James O. “Jimmy” Robertson Funeral services will be held at 9 A.M. on Saturday, October 13, 2018 at Holy Ghost Catholic Church, 732 N. Union Street, Opelousas, LA for James O. Robertson, 49, who entered eternal life on Monday, October 8, 2018. Interment will be in Garden of Memory Cemetery. Pastor, Rev.

Lambert Lien, S. V. D. will officiate the Mass of Christian Burial. James leaves to cherish his memory and celebrate his legacy, his father Nelson “Mr. Holy Ghost” Robertson of Opelousas, LA, his son Randy John Lafleur (Gloria Villanueva) of Lafayette, LA, step-sons, James Jones, Jr., Kevin Jones, Frederick Jones and Joshua Jones all of Sunset; brothers, David Robertson Opelousas, LA, Justin Lewis of Crowley, LA; sisters, Mary J. Owens (Patrick) and Melissa Richard (Christopeher) both of Opelousas, LA and Chemaine Reed of Galveston, TX and host of nieces, nephews, other relatives and special friends. James was preceded in death by his mother, Mary Ann Robertson, Paternal Grandparents, Odelia Robertson and Oliver Robertson, maternal grandparents, Pamela Lazard and Elmo Lazard, a nephew Jon’Qualon, niece, Diamonesha Guillory and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins and special friends.

The family requests visiting hours be observed on Friday, October 12, 2018 from 5:00 P.M. to 9:00 P.M. at Williams Funeral Home of Opelousas, 817 E. South Street, 337. 942. 2037.

The visitation will resume on Saturday, October 13, 2018 from 7:00 A.M. to 8:45 A.M.
