James Raymond Russell, 52, of Sylvania, OH. passed away, Saturday, April 21, 2018, at the Ebeid Hospice Residence, Sylvania. Jim was born in Toledo July 24, 1965, to parents David and Carol (Myers) Russell.

He was employed in the Quality Control Division of Tronair for more than 17 years. Jim loved time spent with his family and enjoyed attending his grandchildren’s school and sporting activities. Jim was a loyal fan of all the Detroit Sports Teams, and was an avid golf and fisherman.

He is survived by his loving wife Cindy (Rollins) Russell; daughters Melissa (Terry) Casiano and Rachel (Gerald) Herman; son Drew (Kelsey Welling) Russell; grandchildren Brayden, Payton, Ciena, Paxton, Ryleigh, Emmelia, Pierson, and Alivia; father David Russell; sister Brenda (Jerry) Gladieux; brother David (Brandy) Russell JR. ; step-daughter Sarah Aldrich; and step-son Micheal Aldrich. Jim was preceded in death by his mom Carol (Myers) Russell.

Friends may call at the Reeb Funeral Home, 5712 N. Main St. Sylvania, OH, Wednesday, April 25th from 4 – 9 PM, where Funeral Services will be held Thursday the 26th at 11 AM. Those wishing to offer memorials in Jim’s memory are asked to consider the Promedica Ebeid Hospice.
