Obituary for James V. Coppola James V. Coppola, 86 A former resident of Aldan passed away peacefully on May 13, 2018. Mr. Coppola was born in Philadelphia to the late Samuel and Dorothy Coppola and was a graduate of Frankford High School. He served in the U.S. Air Force during the Korean War and was a player on the Air Force Baseball Team.

Mr. Coppola was a retired Sgt. for the Aldan Police Department, a member of FOP Lodge 27, Collingdale #1 Fire Company, Aldan Boys Club and a over 50 year member of Aldan Union Church. He is survived by his wife of 66 years Joan R. (nee Urban) Coppola; children, Ken (Marie) Coppola, Steve (MaryAnn) Coppola, Andy Coppola and Sharon Morrow; grandchildren, Ken, Jr., Lauren (Matt), Heather, Kelsey (Ed) and Zac; great grandson, Bryant and brother Gene Coppola.

Visitation: Friday 9:00 am at Aldan Union Church 7 E. Providence Rd. Aldan, PA 19018. Funeral Service: Friday 10:00 am at Aldan Union Church.
