Anniston – Mr. James William Knight, 73, went to his Heavenly home on Wednesday, November 7, 2018, surrounded by his loving family. Mr. Knight is survived by his wife, Martha Knight; one brother, Johnny Knight, Sr.; several nieces and nephews, Gary Bass, Rondia Bass, Crystal Manoske, Stephen Bell, Steven McGinnis, Judy Beck, Gemma Crowder, Amy Baker, and Johnny Knight, Jr.; and one sister-in-law, Shirley (Jerry) McGinnis. Mr. Knight attended West Weaver Baptist Church and loved the Lord with all of his heart.

His family was very special to him and enjoyed spending time with them. Per Mr. Knight’s wishes, there will be no services held. The family would like to ask that donations be made in Mr. Knight’s memory to the Alzheimer’s Association of Central Alabama, P.O. Box 2273, Birmingham, AL 35223.

A heartfelt thanks from the family is extended to their West Weaver Baptist Church family and the nurses and staff of Alabama Hospice of Oxford.
