OBITUARY Barbara Janet Manning July 1, 1943 – December 26, 2018 Funeral Services for Barbara Janet Manning, 75 of Anniston will be 2:00 pm, Saturday, December 29, 2018 at Chapel Hill Funeral Home with the Rev. James Cohorn and Rev Charles Parris Jr. officiating. Burial will follow at Anniston Memorial Gardens.

The family will receive friends 12:30 until service time. Mrs. Manning passed away Wednesday night at her residence. Mrs. Manning is survived by her sons, Charles “Chuck” Manning and wife Debra and Michael “Mike” Manning and wife Terrie; brother, Frank Warneke and wife Carol; grandchildren, Todd Manning and wife Cindy; Scott Manning and wife Towana and Amber Manning; great-grandchildren, Auburn Manning, Stormy Manning, Sylvia Manning; step great-grandchildren, Alyssa, Matthew; and several nieces and nephews.

Mrs. Manning is preceded in death by her husband, Earnest Manning; parents, Edgar and Leona Warneke; brother, Bob and sister, Jean. Pallbearers will be Chuck Manning, Mike Manning, Todd Manning, Scott Manning, Chuck Warneke, and Terry Norred. Mrs. Manning was a longtime member of First Baptist Church of Weaver.

She retired from Anniston Army Depot with over 30 years of service. She volunteered as a pink lady at RMC and was member of the Kwanis. She was a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend.

She will be greatly missed.
