Obituary of James Kelly Mr. James G. “Jim” Kelly, 58, of Central Towers, Titusville passed away at 5:42 PM on Tuesday, February 12, 2019, at UPMC Hamot in Erie. Jim was born on July 4, 1960, in Titusville to Thomas J. Kelly, Jr. and Lillian Vanderhoof. He married Karen Matlock on June 26, 1993, at Leboeuf Trail Road.

He attended Titusville area schools. Jim was formerly employed by Berkey’s Nursery of Spartansburg for 10 years, Taylor Ramsey and Matteson Forest Products. He also worked in the oil industry and was a jack of all trades.

He was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting and fishing, playing video games and doing mechanical work on cars. Jim is survived by his wife Karen of Titusville; 5 children, Eric Walters of Titusville, Nathan Walters and wife Stephanie of Titusville, Joseph Kelly and wife Tammy of Titusville; Tara Kelly of Franklin, Justin Reynolds and wife Katie of Titusville; 2 step-children, Zena Halsted and companion Dennis Kilgore of Titusville, John Halsted Jr. and wife Tina of Centerville; a brother, Victor Vanderhoof and companion Billie Jo of Oil City; sisters, Phyllis Yowell of FL. , Margaret Kinney of Titusville, Tina Paul and husband Gus of Titusville, Barb Kelly of Corry; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren, nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by a sister, Rosella Daly and a grandson, Alex Walters. No public services are being observed.
