Obituary for Jamie Carol Moreland Jamie Carol Moreland, 52, of Ridgely, passed away on April 29, 2018 at her home. She was born on November 26, 1965 in Washington, D.C. to the late Donna Laurenzi. She moved to Ridgely from Harwood, Maryland in 1999.

In addition to her mother she is preceded in death by her daughter, Eva Hughes. She is survived by her son, Sean M. Millstead, brother Gregory Moreland of Glen Burnie, sister Marisa Birchfield of Lothian, Maryland and three nephews. A memorial service for Ms. Moreland will be held on Thursday, May 3, 2018 at 6:00 PM at Fleegle and Helfenbein Funeral Home in Greensboro with a visitation two hours prior.
