Funeral Services for Jane Claire (Kennedy) Pack, eighty-two, who died on Tuesday, July 10, 2018, will be held at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, July 12, at the Lacy Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Werth Mayes officiating. Burial will follow at West End Cemetery.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 -8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 11, at Lacy Funeral Home. Jane was born in Mulen, Texas on October 20, 1935 to John Kennedy and Mabel Irene Bledsoe. She married William B. (Blackie) Pack on June 4, 1954 in Stephenville, and he preceded her in death on March 7, 2006.

Jane was an active member of Riverside Baptist Church and the Red Hat Club. She was owner of the HARTIQUE, and a cosmetology instructor. Jane played piano in her church starting at ten years old until she was eighty years old.

She was very active with teaching Sunday school, vacation bible school, Awanas and GA’s. She was a Director for The Trailblazers Riding Club and member of Erath County Sheriff’s Posse Auxiliary. Jane was an avid horsewoman herself through rodeos and playdays.

She was also very active with her four girls, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include four daughters Charlotte Pack of Frisco, Texas, Tawnya Doggett & husband, Kelly of Stephenville, Sherri Littlejohn & husband, Mark of Gustine, Texas, and Kim Sykes of Stephenville; eight grandchildren, Velvet & Brian Trice, Sasha & Jason Jenkins, LaShante & Phil O’Banion, Dustin & Juli Doggett, Deidre & David Loredo, Lyndsi & Ben Hussey, Cody & Belinda Keith, Blake & Kristina Keith; and by seventeen Great-Grandchildren.
