Jane Parker Hickey, 87, of Port Neches, Texas passed away Wednesday, December 12, 2018 at the Medical Center of Southeast Texas in Port Arthur. Jane was born February 25, 1931 in Port Arthur, Texas to Charlie Lee Blalock and Avelia Breaux Blalock. Jane was a lifelong area resident and retired from the collections department of Southwestern Bell after 16 years of service.

Survivors include her husband, Gene Hickey of Port Neches; sons, Monty Lee Parker and wife Charlotte of Austin, and Rory Scott Parker and wife Rita of New Braunfels; nine grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren. A visitation for family and friends will be Friday, December 14, 2018 from 6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. at Levingston Funeral Home in Groves. A graveside service will be at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, December 15, 2018 at Greenlawn Memorial Park under the direction of Levingston Funeral Home.
