Janet L. Cronquist, 85, of Port Clinton, OH, passed away, Thursday, November 8, 2018, at Countryside Manor Nursing Home, Fremont, OH. Janet was born on November 30, 1932 in Hudson Falls, NY, the daughter of Anna and Walter Chase. On September 2, 1994 in Port Clinton, she married Robert L. Cronquist and he survives.

Visitation will be 5-8pm, Tuesday, November 13, 2018 at the Gerner-Wolf-Walker Funeral Home & Crematory, Port Clinton, OH.

Funeral service will be held 11am, Wednesday, November 14, 2018 in the funeral home. Interment will be in Catawba Island Cemetery, Port Clinton, OH. Memorial contributions may be given to Alzheimer’s Association480 W Dussel Dr, Maumee, OH 43537.
