Obituary of Janis Boykin Janis Carol Boykin, 59, of Woodville passed away on November 20, 2018 surrounded by her loving family. Born February 17, 1959 in Beaumont, Texas to the late Burwell and Mildred Boykin, she lived in Tyler County most of her life. She was a nurse at the Tyler County Emergency Room.

Janis always had a smile on her face and a kind word for everyone she met. She had a fun loving spirit that radiated in everything that she did. She will be greatly missed.

Janis is survived by pride and joy, son, Matthew Greenwood and his wife, Kayle; sister, Becky Tucker and husband, Alton; brother, Frank Boykin and wife, Angela; special nieces who she thought of as her own, Cydney Tucker and Elyssa Tucker; nieces, Chelsie Butler and husband, Cody and Jaci Kientz and husband, Kristian; nephew, Dillon Tucker; great niece, Lilley Butler; and many other family members and friends. Funeral service will be held Saturday, November 24, 2018, at 2 pm at the Riley Funeral Home Chapel with burial to follow at the Magnolia Cemetery in Woodville. Visitation will be held Friday from 5 pm until 7 pm at the funeral home.
