Jason Dylon Loftis February 24, 1995 – February 3, 2019 Jason Loftis, 23, son of the Karen Loftis Garland and Ernest Willis, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 3, 2019. He was definitely loveable, a big brother, a son, a friend, and known in the community as “J~Stacks”. Jason could be described as outgoing, goofy, adventurous and spontaneous.

Jason Loftis was born on February 24, 1995 in Hampton Virginia. He loved sports especially his Philadelphia Eagles. Jason’s love for sports came about at an early age when he played basketball and football with the Woodland Wildcats, as well as baseball with the Phoebus Little League.

Jason continued with his love for sports as he played basketball for Syms Middle School. In addition to his love of sports, Jason enjoyed playing cards and watching his favorite Eagles team with his grandmother Carolyn. Jason Loftis attended Providence Freewill Baptist Church and enjoyed attending church camps with his peers.

He enjoyed spending time with his family especially, his siblings. His love for his family and desire to make his family proud led to his biggest accomplishment of graduating from Kecoughtan High School, where he also played tennis. Jason Loftis leaves to cherish his precious memories and mourn his passing; his mother Karen l. Garland (Chris); his father Ernest Willis (Deanna); sisters, Tianna Willis, Rheanna Jones, Destiny Willis, Kylee Willis; brothers, Jordan Willis, Kameron Gary and Donovyn Gary.

Maternal grandmother Carolyn Tolman, maternal grandfather David Loftis; Paternal grandmother Peggy Mitchell, paternal grandfather Robert Willis. One aunt, Valencia Willis; three uncles, Brian Loftis, James Willis and Robert Willis; a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and special friends. Viewing will be held Monday, February 11, 2019 from Noon until 7:00 pm at Cooke Bros.

Funeral Chapel. A funeral service will be held 12 Noon, Tuesday at the funeral chapel.
